The synagogue offers a very wide range of services and activities all of which are at no charge to participants. Our way of funding these is partly by membership fees and partly by donations.
In addition, we have outstanding loans to pay for the construction of the synagogue building. The building may be completed but the fundraising for it continues. Many members are making a regular monthly donation via direct debit or standing order. Others make one-off gifts. With the addition of Gift Aid each donation from a United Kingdom tax payer is worth 25% more to Beth Shalom.
